Will it be as good as The Tale of The Silver Sight?

I also heard they were making a Legends of the Hidden Temple movie (or maybe they already did? I’m too lazy to verify)

Really capitalizing on that 90s nostalgia lol

Fear Street <3

I liked the Graduation books. I don't remember the series name but it had the yearbook pics in it and one by one all of the class started dying off. More people could've died though Laughing

I loved Legends of the Hidden Temple as a kid, but when I rewatched it several years later as a high school teen, I didn't enjoy it as much Sad I always rooted for the silver team for some reason. lol

Figure It Out held up pretty well, though. Danny Tamberelli's trademark hairflick after getting slimed <3 Summer Sanders was so cute, too. She was totally set up too when she had to play as a panelist that one time. lol

I think I did a kid show rank on the Hangout once and Figure It Out snuck in the top 10 <3. Lori Beth was always crushing all the kids dreams when she would figure it out at the last second. The kids would just go home with Skechers Laughing. Btw, Are You Afraid of the Dark won that rank I did and Hey Arnold or Zoom was the runner up.

I even tried rewatching it a few years later but I still didn't care for it at all.

I'm so glad other people remember My Brother and Me Laughing me and my bro and cousin used to quote it all the time "Alfie, will you teach me how to dance?" "I hate you daddy! I hate you!" Laughing I looked it up recently and apparently it only lasted one season! It's funny when you're a kid you don't really have a concept of TV shows having seasons or a certain number of episodes, it just feels like roulette for whichever one they're gonna show you that day.

Nick News with Linda Ellerbee ruined every Sunday of my childhood Laughing

Lori Beth crushing dreams and sending kids home with Sketchers <33333

Sorry, John. lol, if it's any consolation, I did attmpt to rewatch it so that means something, no? Sad I downright hated Ren & Stimpy though. Catdog and Angry Beavers, ugh. I HATED when these shows showed up on TV. I remember this episode of Rocko's Modern Life where Heifer finds out that his mom was now a car seat and it like totally destroyed me, even as a young kid. Sad

I tried liking AHH!! Real Monsters but it just wasn't happening.

As for Linda Ellerbee, it was like she was the annoying teacher who showed up late on Sunday evenings to remind us that the weekend was over and there was school tomorrow. Wasn't Nick News the last thing that aired before Nick-at-Nite, too? I'd probably have fonder memories of Sunday evenings, if not for Nick News. Like, imagine if they had put Snick on Sundays instead? Surprised Sundays could've been so much better!

We've wisened up with syndication practices with age, Mark. I'm sure you found that out with Roseanne, just as I did with Reba. I imagine you've watched the entire series from start to finish, and then see a random episode on TV and watch it with the knowledge of where that episode is placed in the series. For a lot of people, their understanding never goes beyond that unless they become a fan of the show and make it a point to watch the whole series. lol - we were none the wiser as kids when it came to Nick shows. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't even air them in order.

Why no mention of Sabrina the Teenage Witch? Lol who remembers USA High? I loved all those teen shows, Kenan and Kel included. How about The Brothers Garcia?

I didn't mention some of those ones because I was mostly talking about 90s Nick. I did enjoy The Brothers Garcia and As Told By Ginger, but both series started airing in 2000.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch was on a different channel, I think. Probably ABC Family or Fox Family, but it didn't air on Nick during my time. Might have in different countries, though.

How DARE YOU?? Rocko is my favorite Nick show ever. I also like KaBlam!, Ren and Stimpy (was that really Nickelodeon? I can't remember) And the earlier seasons of Spongebob are a total guilty pleasure (like, seasons 1-4)

Getting back to AYAOTD:

I enjoyed the episodes where the ghost pirates came ashore and the one where the scarecrow came alive. Not sure what they are called or if they are already listed, but those were good ones. Great show in general. Loved me some fright nights!

P.S. Rocko is da bomb.

I remember around summer 2001 they had this battle of the shows or something. Each day you'd have 2 or 3 shows to choose from and the viewers picked what was put on by voting. Not sure how they did voting, maybe the interweb haha or texts on their little Nokias lol but most of the time Sabrina won when it was a choice and it was just wall to wall Sabrina. It was always most popular amongst the teen shows.

I remember that too. Sabrina, Saved by the bell and Kennen and Kel were the popular ones.

Oh man I cant even remember that scene, been so long since I've watched some episodes. But I saw this one earlier that seems appropriate for the time of year xD

What about this great tune from The Fairly Odd Parents?

So many of these Nick cartoons had the occasional great music number. <333

The Tale of Cutter's Treasure Parts 1 & 2 and The Tale of the Silent Servant. Great episodes! They're all from season 4 which also has other really good episodes like The Tale of the Quiet Librarian, The Tale of the Ghastly Grinner, and the The Tale of the Fire Ghost.
